Role Overview

The Cloud & Endpoint Support Engineer (Tier 2)is responsible forday-to-day endpoint operations and Microsoft 365 support across multiple client environments. This is a hands‑on role focused on consistent execution, endpoint hygiene, patching, troubleshooting, and clear documentation.
