Cloud Architect

Responsibilities Partner closely with Sales and Competency Heads to develop account strategies and drive cloud adoption opportunities across key accounts. Understand customers’ business objectives, existing IT environments, operational challenges, and cloud transformation requirements. Identify gaps and improvement areas within customers’ infrastructure, applications, and cloud architecture, and collaborate with internal SMEs to design effective and scalable solutions. Develop and maintain cloud technology roadmaps aligned with customers’ business and digital transformation goals. Lead the technical engagement for customer bids and proposals, including solution architecture, bill of materials (BOM), scope of work (SOW), effort estimation, and technical proposal preparation.
