The Cloud & Infrastructure Practice Head is a P&L-accountable leadership role and one of the most senior hires Teceze will make in 2026. This person will own the entire CIS tower — its revenue, delivery quality, team capability, sales strategy, and client relationships. They will report directly to the COO and be a key member of the Teceze leadership team, responsible for establishing the CIS tower as a market-leading, profitable practice within three years.
Key Responsibilities
Own full P&L for the CIS tower — revenue, gross margin, cost of delivery, and EBITDA contribution
Set and execute the 3-year tower strategy: market positioning, service portfolio, pricing, and growth targets
Build and lead the delivery and sales team for the tower — recruit, develop, and retain top talent
Develop and own key client relationships for the tower's top 10 accounts
Drive new business development — partnering with the sales function on GTM strategy, bid leade...
