About the Role
JOB DETAILS
- Full-time
- 28–40 hours per week
- Shift-based schedule (must be comfortable with rotating shifts)
- Salary: From $4,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
- 1.5x overtime pay in accordance with MOM regulations
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain day to day operations of clinic - including attending to inquiries, answering phone calls, registration, dispensing and collection of payment, assisting in clinical procedures.
- Lead and supervise clinic assistants and support staff
- Manage patient service standards and service recovery
- Handle rostering, manpower planning and shift scheduling
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and clinic SOPs
