Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)
What You’ll Do
This is a true hunter role focused on building new business in the IT staffing space.
+ Prospect daily through cold calling, email, and outreach
+ Build your own client base and pipeline from scratch
+ Meet IT hiring managers and executives in person
+ Partner with clients on contract and project-based staffing needs
+ Work with recruiters to deliver the right talent
+ Drive roles forward from intake to placement
