Client Services & Operations Specialist

Link-Worldwide in Valle de Chalco Solidaridad is seeking a Client Services Specialist responsible for supporting business operations and customer service objectives across channels. The successful candidate will provide first-level support for administrative queries, manage orders, and maintain master data.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail environment and 1 year in a customer service role. Proficiency in SAP and strong communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Excel and Analytics Tools is also required.
