We’re partnering with a highly successful, well-established and one of the wealthiest privately owned Australian businesses to recruit a Client Services Executive for a unique and customer-facing opportunity within a premium environment.
This is a varied role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, supporting them with enquiries, account administration and day-to-day service needs, while helping maintain the high standards expected in a trusted and professional setting.
Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring clients receive a responsive, polished and professional experience across every interaction. This is a hands-on position combining customer service, administration, relationship management and operational support.
