Help at Home leads the home care industry in protecting our clients, caregivers and employees. We provide priority vaccine access, a ready supply of quality PPE, and up-to-date training.
At Help at Home, our IDD Client Service Supervisors work with the client and their team to develop and implement a Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP). The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining client records, and ongoing communication with the client and their team.
NO ON CALL, NO 24-HOUR AVAILABILITY NECESSARY!
