About the Role

  • Initial one month contract with likely ongoing extension based on performance
  • Hourly Pay rate of $41.59/hour + super
  • Working 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week between 9 AM to 5 PM phone roster.
  • Working onsite from office in Wollongong (no WFH set-up)

Purpose of the role:

The CSO delivers customer-centred financial management services, managing individual caseloads and undertaking financial transactions and decisions within delegated authority.
  
Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage a caseload of financial management customers.
  • Undertake financial transactions, budgeting, and expenditure decisions.
  • Participate in a shared phone roster and respond to enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records in systems (CIS, TRIM, TEAMS)
