Responsibilities- Act as the first line of contact for client inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Handle cases independently, proactively solving issues while delivering a differentiated experience.
- Engage clients, build long‑term relationships, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of CHANEL’s products; address majority of daily inquiries.
- Assess immediate resolution versus complex cases, and prepare proposals for senior advisor consultation.
- Collaborate with boutique staff and functional teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent client experience.
