Client Representative | IT Sales

Job Summary

The Client Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Questronix’s products and services while building a strong understanding of clients’ industries, operations, and IT environments to identify needs and growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal and external technical teams to design and propose competitive, value-driven solutions, present benefits, and negotiate pricing and project terms as needed.

Specifications and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
2. Has at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative.
3. Understanding IT systems, software, and technical concepts to address client needs effectively.
4. Strong verbal and written skills for explaining technical solutions in non-technical terms.
