Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial business support for the corresponding market, establishing and maintaining close relationships with priority clients to achieve team targets and sales goals.
- Address daily financial inquiries from clients, delivering high-quality service encompassing account opening support, client relationship maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Introduce wealth products based on client profiles and needs, and disseminate market information on Singapore, U.S., and Hong Kong stocks.
- Deliver quality telemarketing services and proactively initiate business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
- Proactively collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and achievement of KPIs.
