Mission

You will perform client service activities by addressing customer needs and inquiries effectively. Additionally, support associate care tasks to maintain a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure the branch operates efficiently and accurately through attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans, client mapping and farm for new business opportunities.
• Acts as a liaison between external customers and internal departments.
• Interact with clients through email, telephone, and in-person meetings, as well as interact with other employees to resolve customer concerns.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, and conduct coaching, briefing for associates as requested by client.
