Client Outcomes Specialist

Position Information Location See Work Arrangements Salary Range Salary range $31.53 to $34.13 per hour. 40 hours per week. Salary placement based on level of experience and qualifications relevant to the position. The Opportunity The role of the Client Outcome Specialist is to perform the follow up contacts with clients to determine their employment status, respond to requests for additional support/guidance, and ensure all sustainment outcome and fees are captured. Additionally, the Client Outcome Specialist re-engages non-responsive clients to identify support opportunities and communicates with prospective WorkBC clients through the targeted referral and feedback process to share information on WorkBC services.
