The ideal Client Onboarding Specialist at Blink is someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline with a focus on client‑facing roles
- Basic understanding of onboarding processes, client lifecycle, and customer success practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain product features and workflows in a clear and simple manner
- Good organizational and time‑management skills
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
- Confidence in handling client interactions professionally
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic system configurations is a plus
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes
- Experience required 1 to 2 years
