and What You'll Be DoingThe Client Insight Manager will lead and evolve a holistic insight approach across clients, brand, competitors and our wider markets. Building on existing foundations, the role will champion new, innovative ways of gathering, connecting and activating insight across the business.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, department heads and fee‑earners across the firm, the Client Insight Manager will proactively identify opportunities, translate insight into clear recommendations, and embed a more collaborative, insight‑led culture that supports decision‑making and growth.
