Client Experience Specialist – Permanent Full Time

The Client Experience Specialist supports Advisors and clients through administrative, operational, and client service support. This role maintains efficient daily operations, delivers a high‑quality client experience, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

Serve as a first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in‑person interactions

Proactively call/email clients to schedule meetings for the advisors

Client meeting preparation, including identifying opportunities, preparing agendas, investment summaries, disclosures, and any outstanding service paperwork
