Personal Insurance Associate for our Renewal Team will protect individuals’ most valuable assets by providing outstanding client service and educating clients on habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.

Day in the Life

• Proactively engage with clients prior to their policy renewals to review existing coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and ensuring policies are up‑to‑date.
• Generate and identify cross‑sell opportunities by reviewing clients’ portfolios and recommending additional products or services.
• Achieve retention goals and client satisfaction targets through diligent follow‑up and personalized attention to renewal details.
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about Personal Lines products.
