The Role

We are looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join our team part‑time at our upcoming Diamonds Factory store in Barcelona.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, provide personalized consultations, and ensure an exclusive shopping experience. Together with the store team, you will help establish our brand in the vibrant city of Barcelona and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation: Conduct one‑hour consultation appointments in a lounge setting—listen actively, understand customer wishes, and guide them through the bespoke design process.
• Customer Experience: Deliver a seamless, luxurious experience from greeting to after‑sales service— including regular updates and personal attention.
