About the Role
As a Client Advisor Associate, you will work alongside senior Client Advisors in a client-facing support capacity, gaining hands‑on experience in investment execution, portfolio administration, and day‑to‑day relationship management.
Client Servicing and Administration- Support Client Advisors and Team Heads with client onboarding, documentation, data entry, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting materials, portfolio reports, investment proposals, and review packs.
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and support administrative workflows.
- Coordinate calendars, travel schedules, and meeting logistics.
- Provide coverage during RM absences to ensure uninterrupted client support.
