The role

We're hiring 8 Sales Interns to join our Bengaluru office immediately. You'll be calling warm inbound leads — renters who've already discovered FlatX — and converting them into paid subscribers. It's a pure sales role: high activity, clear targets, and an incentive structure where your effort directly becomes your paycheck.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to inbound leads and convert them to paid FlatX subscribers
• Manage follow-ups over phone and WhatsApp;
  own your pipeline end-to-end
• Update CRM daily and hit individual conversion targets
• Feed real-time objection insights back to the growth team
