Client Accountant, Fixed Term Contract

This a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Main responsibilities include:

Maintaining the property management database on Veco and Released. This includes setting up new leases, terminating leases, completing lease renewals/assignments and inputting rent reviews.

Reconciling tenant accounts

Raising ad-hoc tenant demands for rent, service charge and insurance

Month end reporting for clients. This includes deposit listings, unallocated and unassigned receipts, VAT reports, aged debt and total demanded/received...
