About the Role
Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Quality Initiatives Coordinator, and while demonstrating a commitment to the mission, values and goals of Misericordia Health Centre and the PHCC, the Clerk 3 is responsible for receiving incoming calls, creating, updating and documenting accurate information into patients record, faxing, locating resources and other tasks as required.
