Act as a direct point of contact for customers from the US market via calls and emails, providing guidance on clearance instructions, delivery-related issues, handling paperwork requests, as well as addressing exceptions, inquiries, and feedback on shipment clearance matters. Your aim is to optimize clearance efficiency and maximizing customer satisfaction. Prepare all necessary documentation for inbound shipments requiring formal entries and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with US Customs and Quarantine regulations. Education: Secondary education or equivalent
Experience: One (1) year of general clerical experience and One (1) year of customer contact experience
