Clearance & Brokerage Operations; Clearance Regulatory

Handle end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
Review customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, declare customs declaration form and determine duty rates and tax liabilities
Resolve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving any clearance issues
Collaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies and internal teams for efficient and timely clearance
Work in rotating shifts, 44 hours per week, depending on business requirements.

Relevant Customs Certificate/License as required by local regulations

Possession of Customs Brokerage Staff Code issued by the General Department of Customs is preferred.

Experience: Three (3) years of work experience in Customs
