- The Claude Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the Claude Enterprise across the organization. This role is the front line for user support, troubleshooting, onboard assistance, and documentation. You will work directly with partners, managing directors, and staff across the firm to ensure a seamless Claude experience — answering questions, resolving technical issues, and knowing when to escalate.
