Professional Lease Operator or Owner Operator Truck Drivers

Location: Edmonton, AB

Compensation: $275,000 - $320,000 per year

Additional benefits: Pension $4.00/hr 100% paid, New Truck Credits up to $1620 per month, WCB Quarterly Credits $410.76, Paid Wait Time $50/hr

Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, with scheduled home time. Year‑round work.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre‑trip, in‑route, and post‑trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety, roadworthiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Comply with applicable legislation including driver hours of service, occupational health and safety, and transportation of dangerous goods.
• Maintain accurate paperwork such as bills of lading and logs of working hours and vehicle service.
• Operate onboard technology, electronic logs, and vehicle communication equipment (CB radios, telephones).
