About the Role
Claims Quality Analyst Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Experience Required 3 to 5 years of claims handling experience. Experience in quality reviews, audits, or compliance is preferred. Key Responsibilities Quality Audits & Reviews Compliance Validation Review claim files to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance. Evaluate coverage decisions, claim investigations, and settlements. Identify process gaps, errors, and improvement opportunities. Prepare quality reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards. Provide feedback and coaching recommendations to claims teams. Assist in creating and updating SOPs and quality guidelines. Support training and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills Required Strong knowledge of P&C claims processes. Strong analytical and investigative skills. Attention to detail and analytical skills. Good reporting and data analysis abilities. Strong communication and coaching skills. Knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements.
