Insight Global is currently hiring a Claims Processor for our client in Snellville, GA. Our client is an established insurance services organization that is seeking a Claims Processor to support operations within its Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) department. This individual will play a key role in setting up and processing claims, maintaining policy documentation, and providing high-quality customer service to lenders and insured parties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Set up new insurance claims and request required documentation from lenders and insureds
-Calculate, reconcile, and prepare claim documentation for settlement
-Maintain accurate, well-organized policy files and records
-Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone and email
-Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
