About the Role
The Claims Officer is responsible for leading and managing claim investigations within Cash Vault Services (CVS). This role ensures accurate reporting, tracking, timely resolution of discrepancies, and proactive communication with clients. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strong numeracy skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
