Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties to manage and resolve claims efficiently Preparing and presenting claims documentation to underwriters and responding to queries Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems Supporting the negotiation of claims settlements to achieve the best outcomes for clients Educated to A-Level standard (grades A–C or equivalent) Progression toward professional qualifications is desirable but not essential Ideally has some experience in a claims role, particularly within an international broker (though not essential) Understands the general principles of insurance and the claims-handling process Familiar with London market operations (Lloyd’s and company markets)
