About the Role

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to Claims and Legal teams

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally

  • Maintain workflows, records, and claims documentation

  • Prepare and send claim-related email communications

  • Enter and update claim information in claims processing systems

  • Review claim packets for completeness and accuracy

  • Gather and compile data for cost breakdowns and claims processing

  • Support SharePoint administration including schedules, contacts, and training materials

  • Assist with payment processing, mail handling, and backup administrative support duties


Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
