Civil Superintendent

Overview of the Position

Misson: Assist together with the Civil Superintendent in the planning, design, organization and supervision of the construction of the civil part.

Main Functions

• Helps with the closing of civil works subcontracts (measurements, price review, specifications).
• Progress control of the different units.
• Organization and review of the work of civil works subcontractors.
• Preparation of weekly progress reports for the different civil works units (foundations, fencing, roads, trenches and earthworks).
• Update engineering drawings using CAD (As built), if necessary.
• Confirm the invoices of the different subcontractors.
• Control of the arrival of the machinery at the site, monitoring yields and distribution by work.
• Ensure that the different teams of workers associated with the civil party take the appropriate safety measures during the performance of the work. Perf...
