BS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. EIT certification preferred. 1-5 years of experience in Water Resources/Wastewater or Land Development or Energy or Aviation. Software experience with Micro Office, AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus. Experience creating technical drawings and plans for land development or water/wastewater resource projects. Periodic travel required.
