CIVIL OR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop building and infrastructure concept plans and pre‑consult relevant authorities/agencies
- Engage and consult with authorities for possible services diversion and prepare technical scope for budget approval
- Identify, manage, and supervise front‑end site preparatory works including soil investigations, site investigations, and earthworks
- Prepare overall schedules for building and/or infrastructure works
- Manage and supervise building or land infrastructure work to ensure timely completion
- Provide solutions and catch‑up plans in the event of project delays
- Advise on building and infrastructure works for space and land allocation
- Coordinate design work within the company and with external consultants
