The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil works, site supervision, and team management, with exposure to high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at site. Manage site workers, subcontractors, and assigned teams. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor concrete works, block works, plastering, finishing, and general civil activities.
