About the Role

The Civil Field Coordinator will provide on-site direction, coordination, and supervision to manage budget, schedule and quality of civil contract work on our multi-family residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a working knowledge of various civil and residential construction means and methods.


This position is for the Ottawa Area, ability to travel is required.

  •   Your contributions to the team include: Monitor field contract work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, codes and safety policies Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/engineer meetings as requested or required.


    Provide daily updates to schedule, progress, and issues Identify potential risks and initiate RFI’s, Site Instructions and Issue logs in response Collect, review and verify subcontractor’s monthly progress submittals Use best efforts to resolve any scheduling ...
