Civil Engineering Project Manager – Land Development Phoenix or Mesa, AZ

A locally owned and operated civil and transportation engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager for Land Development to lead design teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality site and residential development projects. This role is responsible for technical leadership, project execution, client satisfaction, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: Lead site development and residential land development projects. Direct internal design teams and subconsultants. Develop scopes, cost proposals, and negotiate contracts. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Maintain and grow client relationships. Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering staff. Ensure QA/QC and technical accuracy throughout projects. Apply strong civil engineering and technical expertise. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D in project delivery. Manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
