Qualifications and Specific Skills
Experience
- Any field or office experience related to civil estimation.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field.
- Strongly valued: on-site experience and practical knowledge.
- Proficiency with TPL, Bluebeam, or similar systems.
- Experience with tendering platforms.
