Overview

Tractebel Inc.’s (Canada) team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer who brings strong civil engineering expertise from projects such as nuclear power generation, hydropower, transportation, and electricity transmission and distribution. The role is based in Markham with a plan to relocate to downtown Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

• You will oversee the design and calculations of nuclear‑related structures and buildings subjected to internal and external hazards.
• You anticipate problems and project needs regarding civil engineering.
• You’ll provide technical oversight of reinforcement detailers and review detailing models and drawings.
• You’ll provide expert oversight and technical direction to teams completing the design of reinforced concrete structures.
