Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
• Inspect ongoing construction work for quality, safety, and adherence to plans (civil discipline).
• Report any deviations or issues to engineers and project managers.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of project activities.
• Document changes to plans, specifications, and any deviations from the original design.
• Prepare progress reports and other document requirements for the project.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an associate degree or a diploma in civil engineering technology, construction technology, or a related field
• Preferably with at least 2 years related experience in construction
• Able to work in outdoor conditions. Physical fitness is an asset.
• Mathematical, problem-solving and analytical skills
