Job Description
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate should have previous experience, at least 2 years, in construction or real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees Head Office projects and reports their timeline and current percentage completion.
- Implement process improvements on evaluation of contractors, tenant fit-out review, and project management.
- Quality Control of on-site procedures, staff, and quality standards.
- Conducts Building Technical Audit for the managed recommended solutions for the compliance of the Building Administrator.
