Civil Engineer - Construction/Engineering

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to lead our Tendering & Estimation process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, compiling tender documents, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids. This role is crucial in helping the company secure new civil construction projects efficiently and profitably. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil works including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services. Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated deadlines. Maintain a database of Drawing, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for cost benchmarking and All Important Documents.
