Civil Digital Modeller

Digital Modelling professionals transform the way engineers design and advise by creating complex, parametric 3D models. The role primarily supports the Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution teams within the Energy unit.

Responsibilities

• Apply competent 3D modelling to maintain federated models, computationally creating and spatially coordinating design.
• Contribute to key parts of the project solution with limited supervision, based on area of expertise.
• Demonstrate capabilities with intelligent modelling systems using supplied inputs and data sets.
• Apply civil engineering knowledge to resolve engineering problems.
• Manage and coordinate the production of project models and 2D deliverables using AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Assist in the development of digital strategies.
• Communicate clearly with excellent spoken and written English and give constructive feedback.
