Role Overview

Provide L2/L3 support for Azure-hosted Citrix (CVAD/DaaS) environment, ensuring stable VDI operations, seamless application delivery, and optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Administer Citrix CVAD/DaaS, Delivery Controllers, VDAs, Catalogs & Groups

Manage NetScaler (ADC), Gateway and secure remote access

Support StoreFront, Workspace, WEM, FSLogix

Troubleshoot session performance, profile, and access issues

Support Azure (VMs, networking, storage, load balancing)
