Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Childhood Studies graduates to work as Teaching Assistants (TAs) within secondary schools starting in September and on and ongoing basis.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build confidence in the classroom, develop your skillset, and make a genuine difference in students’ academic journeys - all within supportive and welcoming school environments.
The Role
- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
