Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Position Overview

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a key executive role, reporting directly to the CEO. The CTO oversees Codex's entire technology landscape across software engineering, platforms, infrastructure, data, and AI innovation, supporting both internal capabilities and the delivery of secure, scalable, mission-critical solutions to our clients. The CTO oversees all technical aspects of the company, collaborates with other executives, and ensures the company stays at the forefront of modern engineering and applied AI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy and Leadership

• Define and execute the company's technology vision, across software, data, infrastructure, and AI.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends, including AI, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity; and evaluate their relevance to Codex and Home Team agencies.
