Chief Marketing & Growth Officer

Chief Marketing & Growth Officer (CMGO) , you will be responsible for building Peliplat into the most influential cinema community in Latin America while driving the subscriber and revenue growth that powers our next stage of expansion.

This role goes beyond traditional marketing. You will own the entire growth journey—from brand awareness and user acquisition to engagement, subscription conversion, retention, and revenue growth.

Working closely with Product, Content, Community, Operations, and Business Development teams, you will shape how Peliplat grows its audience, scales its creator ecosystem, expands into new markets, and converts community engagement into long-term business growth.
