MAIN PURPOSE
The CFO will be responsible for the financial health of the company and its subsidiary. The CFO will also produce financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the organization's long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop and motivate staff to ensure high levels of performance. Develop finance policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and legal and risk compliance. Develop, implement and maintain financial systems and processes. Perform continuous cash management and cash flow forecasting. Compile the annual and medium-term budgets and forecasts. Guide and monitor procurement processes to ensure cost effectiveness. Support the payroll processing by verifying ad-hoc payments and commission calculation, then ensuring timely payment.
