The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, strong internal controls, and regulatory readiness in a fast-growing fintech and virtual digital asset (VDA) ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Audit Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial reporting under Ind AS. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures. Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits. Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
